A Fun Day Trip to Bellevue with the Kids

The Bainbridge Island School District gives us many opportunities, with their "no=contract days" (days off for the kids) to get creative with our families.
Dinah came up with a great idea for our boys for Friday's no-contract day. We caught the 10:25 Bainbridge Ferry and drove to Sky High Sports in Bellevue where an enormous warehouse has been converted into a massive Trampoline Park for all ages.
The Park features a giant foam pit where the kids fly off the trampoline into big chunks of foam and essentially disappear (they do return). There are two Dodge Ball Courts, one for Parties and the other for everyone; and there is the big Trampoline area to the left. There is also a Toddler Area.
Sky High also has a cafe and an arcade.

Our boys were pleasantly exhausted after jumping, playing dodgeball and flying into the foam pit. Afterward we headed into downtown Bellevue and ate at the California Pizza Kitchen, 595 106thAve.
We were able to catch the 3:45 ferry back to Bainbridge Island.
