had been renting our home from out of state, believing the property
manager was taking good, diligent care of it, for two years. When the
tenant moved out and I finally saw the empty house, I was dumbfounded.
Not a single area of the home or the grounds looked cared for, or even
remotely like it had when we lived there.
Georg Syvertsen saw the
house with me the same day, as we were listing it with him and Arthur
for sale. Neither of us said what was on our mind as we reviewed it.
Honestly, if I were Georg, still struggling in a depressed market to
sell homes in top conditon, I may well have passed on the listing.
Instead, Georg and Arthur took it on full bore.
It took a year of
repairs and refurbishment to restore the home to its original beauty.
Throughout that period, Georg, Arthur, my wife, and I worked as a
disciplined team, each member bringing unique strengths to the table.
The timing of the completed restoration was perfect. The market had
turned. Priced well from the beginning, with ample room for fine
tuning, then closing a deal on the first try, the home sold with Georg
and Arthur leading the way with marketing, promotion, networking, and
lots of good old fashioned leg and phone work.

a home can be a very stressful. Georg and Arthur were with us every
step of the way - from the first showing to the signing and beyond. They
were the consumate real estate team. Every phone call, email and text
were responded to almost immeadiatly. They answered every one of our
questions throughout the entire process and even after the closure they
continued to guide us with referrals and tips about our new
neighborhood. I have bought and sold many homes and this was, by far,

over the years have worked with a good many realtors in the Puget Sound
area. Our past experiences made it difficult to even go down the road
again with a realtor selling our land, however do to the financial
climate we felt we needed to. We had never worked with Arthur
Mortell,from Coldwell Banker, but I interviewed him on the land we
wanted to sell, along with numerous other realtors. Arthur by far
brought a sense of professionalism, honesty and sensibleness to the
table, with no hard salesman pressure. He spoke as if he were my brother
doing this work for us and related to so many of the issues and

response from any professional. They always responded to our calls

properties they accept as a listing. Before they would accept our
property it had to be inspected by the local 'inspector from hell' (as
one neighbor described him) and found to be in very good condition. The
results of that inspection were available for other agents to review.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Seabeck, WA. - Highly likely to recommend
husband and I contacted Arthur about a piece of acreage and on
purchasing a home on acreage. Arthur was willing to walk the first
piece of property more than once including all of it's challenges as far
as wetlands, blackberries and markers went. He met us with a smile
every time and with complete regard for our needs. When we decided to
purchase the house, we then went through the process of a short sale
with all of it's difficulties. Arthur kept us up to date at all times as
